Montague Island is a small island located off the coast of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Home to the historic Montague Island lighthouse, it’s a great place to visit if you want to unwind for a couple of days.

The Twelve Apostles from up there
Flying out over the Southern Ocean in a helicopter is a great experience, especially when you are hovering over the Twelve Apostles, the major tourist attraction along the Great Ocean Road.
You can see the sandstone rock stacks from the shore, but getting a bird’s eye view is just magic.
The hellicopter service takes off just behind the information centre. There are a number of flight options and you can pre-book your flight or just turn up and hope.

Phillip Island Extended – Tranquility shouldn’t be had in short bursts
Most visitors to the picturesque Phillip Island are day-trippers who come especially to see the penguins as they surf ashore at dusk and waddle up to their burrows with full tummies to feed their young.
